Program for elementary school students The Power of Money

We have been running "The Power of Money -VALUE-" since fiscal year 2022. This program is an inquiry-based program that explores positive ways to deal with money through dialogues and group discussions using cards. Rather than giving students a superficial knowledge of finance and how it works, they learn through experience how money and economics play a role in their lives by trying to figure out the answer to the question, "What does it mean to be careful with one's money?" Children who participated in the program commented that, "I used to think that taking good care of money meant saving it, but through the program, my mindset shifted to how carefully I can spend money, which is an important factor in my life."
